Yes. And please note, if you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your
transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.
• What is the status of my order?
Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "
My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
• I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

• How long will it be before I receive my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
• What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Money Order.
• How do I order items with Cashier's Check or Money Order?
Cashier's Check or Money Order must be received by us before your order can be shipped.
• Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
We ship to all US States & Territories, and Canada. We do not ship to other international locations at this time.
• Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship both PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
• When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.
• Do you do back orders?
IZUNAMI.COM does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
• Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not. Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalog.
• Do you make other products besides ceramic irons and dryers?
No, we do not. We would like to dedicate all our resources to developing the fastest, safest, and fittest ceramic irons and hairdryers. When we feel that we have developed a product worthy of the name,
IZUNAMI®, you will definitely hear from us.
• Why would you not have irons that go up to 450°F?
Raising the top temperature is technically very simple. However, human hair is not made to withstand heat above 400°F. Heat damages occur. In fact we recommend that you set the temperature lower than 400°F for more fragile hairs. See our guideline for more details.
• Can I use hot irons on wet hair?
If a hot curling iron is put on to wet hair, it boils the water inside the hair. The boiling water softens the keratin of the cortex; then the steam from the boiling water expands and form tiny bubbles inside the hair. Eventually the hair breaks off, either at or somewhere near the bubble.
